This package is for the couple who wants help making her special day come to life.

Our wedding coordinator will be with her from beginning to end,

taking on the couples vision and making it a reality.

 

This package includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Initial consultation

• Preparation of wedding time-line with reminders

• Email correspondence

• Unlimited phone calls

• Assistance with finding and securing vendors for various areas of the wedding (eg. stationary, cake decorator, decor)

• Assistance with searching for wedding attire, and accessories

• Attendance at fittings, various engagements and events pertaining to wedding

• Assistance with locating your venue and negotiating prices

• Management of RSVP’s for showers, ceremony and reception seating arrangements

• Assistance with rehearsal dinner planning

• Attendance at the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

• Coordination of wedding ceremony and reception

• Management of vendors to ensure all setup is completed and done to couples expectation day before and day of event

• Decorating of reception venue if applicable

• Assistance at photo shoots (engagement, ceremony and reception)

• Planning of honeymoon travel, arrangements

• Follow-up and reminders on thank you's post wedding

 

 

 

Day of Coordination

 

This package is for the couple who has every detail envisioned and has already contacted venues, paid deposits and just needs assistance with the finishing touches. Our wedding coordinator will review everything, make sure everything has been finalized and will be in attendance to assist the couple on their magical day

 

This package includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Initial consultation

• Assistance with rehearsal dinner planning

• Attendance at the rehearsal  and rehearsal dinner

• Coordination of wedding ceremony and reception

• Management of vendors to ensure all setup is completed and done to couples expectation day before and day of event

• Decorating of reception venue if applicable

• Assistance and attendance at photo shoots ceremony and reception

• Planning of honeymoon travel, arrangements

• Follow-up and reminders on thank you's post wedding

 

 

Customized Planning Coordination

 

Various other services can be provided depending on the needs of the couple and customized accordingly. All of these can be discussed at the initial consultation and/or as circumstances warrant. Additional charges may apply.
