This package is for the couple who wants help making their special day come to life.

Our wedding Coordinator will be with them from beginning to end,

taking on the couple's visions and making them a reality.

 

This package includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Initial consultation

• Preparation of wedding timeline with reminders

• Email correspondence

• Unlimited phone calls

• Assist with finding and securing vendors for various wedding areas (eg. stationery, cake decorator or decor).

• Assist with searching for wedding attire, and accessories

• Attend fittings, various engagements and events concerning the wedding

• Assist with locating the venue and negotiating prices

• Manage RSVPs for the bridal shower, ceremony and reception seating arrangements

• Assist with rehearsal dinner planning

• Attend the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

• Coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception

• Manage vendors to ensure all setups are completed to the couple's expectations the day before and day of the event

• Decorating of reception venue, if applicable

• Assist at photo shoots (eg. engagement, ceremony and reception)

• Planning of honeymoon travel arrangements

• Follow-up and reminders of Thank You's post-wedding

 

 

 

Day of Coordination 

 

This package is for the couple who has every detail envisioned and have already contacted venues, paid deposits and just need assistance with the finishing touches.

 

Our wedding Coordinator will review the wedding plans and ensure that all details are in order prior to the couples' magical day.

 

This package includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Initial consultation

• Assist with rehearsal dinner planning

• Attend the rehearsal  and rehearsal dinner

• Coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception

• Manage vendors to ensure all setup is completed and done to couples' expectations 

• Decorate reception venue, if applicable

• Assist and attend the photo shoot, ceremony and reception

• Planning of honeymoon travel arrangements

• Follow-up and reminders of Thank You's post-wedding

 

 

Customized Planning Coordination

 

Various other services can be provided depending on the needs of the couple and customized accordingly. All services can be discussed at the initial consultation and/or as circumstances warrant. Additional charges may apply.
